MJ Lake is a singer-songwriter based in SLC, UT. Having a wide range of influences, including Neil Young, Jason Isbell, Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, Willie Nelson & many others. MJ grew up in NY and called the Hudson Valley & NYC home for many years. An accomplished Chef by trade, it was at one of his restaurants he first played in front of a live audience. While in NYC he became friends & had the great pleasure of playing with some of the city's finest musicians. Now some years later MJ has discovered the joy of songwriting & performing again.
